Joseph Bailey graduated from UC Berkeley and began his career in accounting and finance. Having initially worked in Trust management, he moved on to work at regional tax and accounting firms. While there, he became licensed by CA to practice as a tax preparer and developed a passion for working directly with clients on the issues that mattered most to them. Founding Blue Lake was the culmination of 15 years in finance and accounting. He brings a new approach and perspective to an industry known for being set in its ways.
